## Description

**Join a nationally recognized real estate practice working on sophisticated, high-value commercial transactions across the U.S.**

Our client is actively seeking a **mid-level Associate (3–8 years)** to join its growing **Real Estate Practice Group** in Salt Lake City. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside a highly respected team advising lenders, developers, investors, and corporate clients on complex real estate matters.

This role offers exposure to **high-impact commercial real estate transactions** across multiple asset classes including office, multifamily, retail, industrial, and hospitality.

You will work with:

-   National and regional financial institutions
-   Real estate developers and investors
-   REITs and opportunity funds
-   Corporate borrowers and owners

Our client’s team handles the **full lifecycle of real estate transactions**, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing.

### **What You’ll Do**

-   Draft, review, and negotiate **purchase and sale agreements**
-   Structure and document **commercial real estate financing transactions**
-   Assist with **construction loans, syndicated loans, and credit facilities**
-   Handle **commercial leasing (landlord & tenant representation)**
-   Support **due diligence efforts**, including title and survey review
-   Work on **development, joint venture, and equity investment transactions**
-   Collaborate with clients to provide **practical, business-focused solutions**

## Requirements

**3–8 years** of commercial real estate or real estate finance experience

Active license to practice law in **Utah** (or ability to waive in)

Experience from a **law firm environment**

Strong drafting and negotiation skills
