## Description

Coastal Wave Recruiting partners with clients across the legal services market to connect talented professionals with high-impact opportunities. For this search, we are supporting an Am Law 200 law firm seeking to add a Transactional Associate to its team.

This opportunity is well suited to an associate who wants to build a sophisticated transactional practice within a highly regarded platform. The role offers exposure to complex matters and the chance to work closely with experienced shareholders in a firm known for its standing in the market and global client base.

In this role, you will contribute to transaction execution by supporting deal teams and helping matters move efficiently from start to finish while working across multiple stakeholders.

### Responsibilities

-   Coordinate with clients, counterparties, and internal teams throughout deal execution.

## Requirements

### Qualifications

-   2–5 years of transactional experience at a large law firm.
-   Transactional background in M&A, finance, or related areas.
-   Experience at an Am Law 120 firm preferred.
-   Experience in transportation finance, particularly aviation finance, strongly preferred.
-   J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
-   Active admission to the California State Bar.
-   Eligible to work in the United States.
