## Description

Our client, a fast-growing AI education fintech enterprise B2B startup, is hiring a **Chief of Staff** to be the CEO's right hand during their most critical scaling phase. You'll be the glue that keeps a fast-moving team aligned and executing flawlessly as the company builds the future of lending.

### What You'll Do

-   **Manage CEO priorities and special projects**, ensuring critical initiatives stay on track.
-   **Partner directly with the CEO** on internal and external meetings and initiatives.
-   **Drive cross-functional alignment and communication**, breaking down silos between teams.
-   **Lead internal projects** that drive operational excellence — from implementing new systems to streamlining workflows.

## Requirements

-   **3–7 years of experience** in management consulting (MBB), product management, software engineering, or as a startup founder
-   One of the following backgrounds:

-   **MBB consulting** (McKinsey, Bain, BCG — Tier 1 cities only)
-   **PM or SWE at a high-growth tech company**
-   **Startup founder**

-   **Has built something** — product, company, or function — from scratch
-   **Worked closely with C-suite or founder** on strategic initiatives
-   **Proven ability** to structure complex operational challenges and build scalable processes
-   **Strong analytical skills** spanning quantitative and qualitative strategic thinking
-   **Exceptional communication skills** and ability to coordinate across all levels of the organization
-   **Thrives in direct, debate-style communication** with intense feedback

**Preferred:**

-   MBA from a top-tier program (Ivy+)
-   Technical literacy — understands code structure and product development
-   Slide-making and board deck creation skills
-   Strong quantitative analysis and strategic problem structuring
