**California | Multiple Offices (Flexible Placement)**

Our client is a highly respected, growth-oriented law firm seeking **experienced Family Law attorneys** to join its expanding California practice. ### **Open Levels:**

-   **7th–10th Year Associate**
-   **Senior Counsel / Partner-Track (20+ Years Experience)**

### Bonus & Incentives:

-   **1,850 billable hours:** $10,000 bonus
-   **1,900+ hours:** $5,000–$7,500 per additional 50 hours _(band-dependent)_
-   **Uncapped production bonuses**
-   **$5,000 year-end holiday bonus** (prorated first year)
-   **10% origination credit** on self-generated business

**Eligibility Guidelines:**

**Non-Voting Shareholder**

-   8–10+ years of practice
-   Internal candidates: $375k–$400k+ recurring book (sustained 2+ years)
-   Lateral candidates: $500k–$750k+ recurring book

**Voting Shareholder**

-   Internal or lateral: $1MM+ recurring book over 2–3 years

## Requirements

-   Current **CA State License**
-   Strong job stability
-   Solid academic credentials
-   Recent and meaningful experience in the relevant practice area
-   **No insurance defense backgrounds** (especially where insurer conflicts may arise)
-   Hybrid schedule: **1–2 WFH days/week** after training
-   **Training period (first ~3 months): in-office daily**
