Videos with broken or dummy links will result in disqualification. ## Requirements **Experience Needed**: - AI search optimization strategy for platforms like ChatGPT, Google SGE, Gemini, and Perplexity - Keyword and intent research focused on both traditional and AI-driven search behavior - Structuring and optimizing service pages to clearly communicate what the business does, who it serves, and where it operates - Creating and optimizing location-specific landing pages for AI and local search visibility - Content optimization for semantic search and AI discoverability - Competitor analysis across both Google rankings and AI-generated search responses - Local citations and directory listing management - Technical SEO audits and recommendations to improve crawlability, indexing, and AI readability - Backlink outreach and authority-building initiatives - Monitoring brand/service visibility across AI search platforms and search engines - Monthly reporting on rankings, traffic, AI visibility, and overall SEO performance - Collaborating with and directing implementation team members on SEO and AI SEO action items - Identifying opportunities to improve structured data, schema markup, and content organization for AI-generated responses **Good to have:** - Experience with on-page SEO implementation and optimization frameworks (titles, headers, internal linking, content structure) - Ability to conduct competitor analysis and turn insights into action steps - Experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs or SEMrush - Understanding of how backlinks work and how to build outreach strategies (not spam links) - Ability to create clear direction for an implementer (Lois) without micromanaging execution - Strong analytical thinking (can explain why rankings are or aren’t moving) - Comfortable owning performance outcomes, not just tasks **Non-negotiable Requirements**: - Proven hands-on experience in SEO (not just basic VA tasks or content uploading) - Strong understanding of local SEO, especially Google Business Profile + map pack ranking factors - Ability to do keyword research and build a clear keyword strategy, not just suggestions **Industry/Tools Experience**: Canva, Gamma, Gsuite ## Benefits We’re all about uplifting lives in Coconut and we make sure we provide benefits that support work-life balance, well-being, and growth.
