Videos with broken or dummy links will result in disqualification. ## Requirements **Experience Needed/Responsibilities:** \- Background in investment banking, private credit, commercial banking, corporate finance, lending, transaction advisory, private equity, venture capital, or financial analysis \- Support private capital transactions end-to-end — from initial company assessment through investor outreach, due diligence, term sheet analysis, and closing \- Focus on debt placement for growth-stage and lower-middle-market companies, plus exposure to private market secondaries and liquidity solutions \- Build and maintain financial models (historical analysis, projections, liquidity forecasts, debt capacity, transaction scenarios) \- Analyze financial statements, operating models, capitalization tables, debt schedules, and KPIs \- Prepare transaction and marketing materials (CIMs, lender presentations, executive summaries, company profiles) \- Research and match capital providers (banks, private credit funds, venture lenders, asset-based lenders, family offices) to each company's profile \- Manage virtual data rooms, diligence request lists, process trackers, and closing checklists \- Comfortable engaging directly with clients on calls — not just model-building \- Also expected to cover presentations support and marketing materials for Axis Group Ventures **Good to have:** \- Series 7 and 63 licenses (Rainmaker Securities would need to sponsor; researching international equivalents for offshore candidates) \- Experience building or reviewing financial models \- Familiarity with credit analysis, debt structures, cap tables, or private company valuation \- Experience with CRM platforms, virtual data rooms, financial databases, or investor research tools \- Understanding of venture-backed / recurring-revenue / lower-middle-market companies or specialty finance \- Prior experience working directly with senior executives, investors, lenders, or transaction professionals **Non-negotiable Requirements:** \- Banking, lending, or corporate finance experience \- Self-motivated — able to take initiative and take ownership without constant direction **Industry/Tools Experience:** \- Investment banking / private capital (debt placement, private credit, secondaries) \- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint \- HubSpot / CRM platforms, virtual data rooms, financial databases ## Benefits We’re all about uplifting lives in Coconut and we make sure we provide benefits that support work-life balance, well-being, and growth.
