## Requirements

**Experience Needed:**

\- Prospecting & Lead Generation (Build Your Own Pipeline)

\- Identify contractors in your target market doing $500K to $1M annually.

\- Use tools such as Google Maps, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HomeAdvisor, local business directories, Facebook groups, and Chamber of Commerce lists.

\- Build target lists and continuously fill your pipeline.

\- Daily activities include research, list building, and prioritization before outreach.

\- \*\*Cold Outreach (High Activity)\*\*

\- Execute multi-touch cold email sequences to warm prospects.

\- Send LinkedIn connection requests and personalized messages.

\- Make 15 to 30 cold calls per day directly to contractors.

\- Most prospects will not respond to email first, as they are often on job sites.

\- Be comfortable calling electricians, plumbers, and other trades professionals and pitching over the phone.

\- American accent required to ensure clear communication with trades business owners.

\- Goal: Book 15 to 25 qualified prospect calls per week, resulting in approximately 5 to 8 discovery calls.

\- Discovery Calls (You Run Them)

\- Understand each prospect's specific pain points.

\- Ask key discovery questions, such as:

\- How many reviews are you getting monthly?

\- How much time is reputation management taking?

\- Have you lost business due to bad reviews?

\- What is your current process for following up with happy customers?

\- Who makes software purchasing decisions?

\- What is your timeline and budget?

\- Introduce TradeRated and demonstrate how it solves their problems.

\- Handle initial objections.

\- Qualify or disqualify prospects early in the process.

\- Closing (You Close Deals)

\- Follow up on remaining objections.

\- Negotiate pricing when flexibility exists.

\- Get contracts signed.

\- Collect payment information.

\- Conduct a warm handoff to Aaron Hays, Director of Customer Success, including context on the prospect's pain points and what excited them about the solution.

**Good to have:**

\- B2B sales experience selling into trades/contractor businesses

\- Experience in home services, construction, or contractor software space

\- Existing network of contractors or trades business owners

\- 4 Sales Development Representative (SDR)

\- SaaS product knowledge (we'll train you) CRM experience (we'll teach you)

\- Basic understanding of online reviews/reputation management

**Non-negotiable Requirements:**

\- \*\*2+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience in GoHighlevel\*\*, with a proven track record in both prospecting and closing deals independently.

\- \*\*Strong outbound sales skills\*\*, including cold calling, lead generation, list building, contact research, and target prioritization. Must be comfortable spending significant time on the phone and possess a clear American accent for client-facing conversations.

\- \*\*Highly self-motivated and resilient\*\*, with the discipline to manage your own pipeline, work independently without constant oversight, and maintain a positive attitude despite frequent rejection in a high-volume outbound environment.
