## Requirements

**Experience Needed/Responsibilities:**

\- Edit videos

\- Add overlays to video content

\- Schedule and post social media content

\- Create and manage a content calendar

\- Follow product trends

\- Create captions and thumbnails for content

\- Support brand affiliation and outreach

\- Support content across the client, and possibly her husband’s accounts if the work later gets split

\- Help keep the client on track by handling content work with a few days’ turnaround rather than same-day rush requests

\- Make proactive suggestions on editing and social media marketing improvements

**Good to have:**

\- Familiarity with LTK

\- Flexibility to scale to 40 hours if needed

\- Ability to support both Ronnie’s and her husband’s content if the role expands

**Non-negotiable Requirements:**

\- Experience with major social media platforms, especially TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest

\- Video editing experience

\- Comfortable giving suggestions and recommendations, not just taking directions
