As a **Technical Lead**, you will work closely with the co-founders and the senior team to further make CodeLink an awesome environment for 80+ employees and all of the people we work with.

### **What You’ll Do**

### **Technical Delivery & Architecture**

-   Lead end-to-end design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.
-   Provide architectural direction and make key technical decisions to ensure quality and maintainability.
-   Oversee the full software development lifecycle, guiding engineers across all stages.
-   Define and enforce engineering best practices (code review, unit testing, CI/CD, pair programming).
-   Drive DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
-   Ensure systems meet high standards for reliability, scalability, and security, especially in regulated domains.

### **Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration**

-   Act as the main technical representative for stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business and technical solutions.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Delivery) to ensure smooth execution.
-   Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships through transparency and consistent delivery.

### **Team Growth & Development**

-   Partner with Talent teams to support hiring, onboarding, and team scaling.
-   Participate in interviews and technical assessments to maintain high hiring standards.
-   Coach and mentor engineers, supporting their growth to senior and leadership levels.
-   Foster a strong engineering culture through knowledge sharing and continuous learning initiatives.

## Requirements

### **Must Have**

-   **Must-Have Requirements**

-   Minimum of 8 years of software development experience, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a management team.
-   Experience in Software Architecture and Design.
-   Full proficiency with at least one back-end framework (Node.js, Python) and one front-end framework (React.js).
-   Experience with Cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
-   Experience with Extreme Programming methodologies such as Test Driven Development, Refactoring, and Continuous Integration.
-   Fluent in written and verbal communication skills in English.

-   **Nice to Have**

-   Experience with the latest AI & ML development, such as LLM, Retrieval Augmented Generation, and vector DB, is a plus.
-   Experience in secure systems, coding practices & related tools.
-   Experience in pre-sales client prospecting is a plus.
