### Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced **Lead Strategy Consultant – Digital Innovation** with over **15 years of consulting expertise**, including mandatory experience with a **Big 4 firm**, to lead enterprise-wide digital innovation and transformation strategy initiatives.

The consultant will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving strategic planning, innovation roadmaps, and governance across large-scale, complex organizations. This role requires strong onsite presence, executive stakeholder engagement, and hands-on leadership in delivering high-impact transformation programs.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1\. Strategy & Strategic Advisory**

-   Lead the development of enterprise digital and business strategies aligned with organizational vision and long-term objectives.
-   Define digital innovation roadmaps, including operating models, capability-building initiatives, and transformation priorities.
-   Conduct market, industry, and competitive assessments to support strategic decision-making.

**2\. Digital Innovation & Transformation**

-   Identify, evaluate, and shape innovation opportunities leveraging emerging technologies such as **AI, data analytics, automation, and digital platforms**.

## Requirements

-   Mandatory experience with a **Big 4 consulting firm** (Deloitte, PwC, EY, or KPMG).
-   Proven track record delivering large-scale transformation and digital strategy engagements.
-   Strong onsite client engagement experience in complex enterprise environments.
-   Demonstrated ability to influence and engage senior decision-makers effectively.
-   Excellent analytical, communication, storytelling, and problem-solving skills

**Preferred Experience**

-   Experience leading digital innovation programs in large enterprises or regulated industries.
