### About the Role

We're hiring a Delivery Manager to own technical change delivery for a leading Saudi banking client — covering emergency fixes, production fixes, patches, upgrades, and infrastructure/network/security changes. This is an operational, production-facing role requiring tight change governance and SLA discipline in a live banking environment.

### Responsibilities

-   Manage and govern end-to-end delivery of technical changes
-   Coordinate production releases, emergency fixes, and urgent incidents
-   Manage change governance, release readiness, and implementation controls
-   Ensure SLA adherence and production stability
-   Coordinate with Change Management, Production Support, Infrastructure, Application Support, Security, and Operations teams

## Requirements

### Requirements

-   7+ years of relevant experience in technical change/release delivery within a production banking or large enterprise environment
-   Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field
-   Strong operational delivery and production environment experience

### Must Haves

-   PMP or PRINCE2 certification
-   Proven experience managing production releases and emergency/urgent fixes under SLA pressure
-   Direct experience with change governance and implementation controls in a live production environment

### Nice to Have

-   ITIL certification
-   Prior experience in banking or other regulated production environments
-   Exposure to incident management alongside change management
