**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced **Agile Coach** to drive Agile transformation across teams and departments. The ideal candidate will coach leaders, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams to improve Agile maturity, delivery effectiveness, collaboration, and continuous improvement. This role requires a strong understanding of Agile frameworks, organizational change management, and leadership coaching.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Coach and mentor teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leaders on Agile principles and practices.
-   Drive Agile adoption and continuous improvement across multiple teams.
-   Facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops, and retrospectives.
-   Identify and remove organizational and team-level impediments.
-   Support teams in improving planning, delivery, collaboration, and predictability.
-   Partner with leadership to align Agile practices with business objectives.
-   Assess Agile maturity and recommend improvement initiatives.
-   Develop and deliver Agile training and coaching programs.
-   Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous learning.
-   Track Agile metrics and use data to drive process improvements.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
-   6+ years of experience in Agile environments, including coaching, Scrum Master, Delivery Management, or related roles.
-   Proven experience leading Agile transformations across multiple teams or departments.
-   Deep understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP, SAFe, LeSS, or Scrum@Scale.
-   Strong facilitation, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
-   Experience coaching both technical and non-technical teams.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to influence leadership and drive organizational change.
