### About the Role

We're hiring a Project Manager to lead large-scale strategic transformation projects for a leading Saudi banking client, with high executive visibility and cross-functional impact across business and BT (Business Technology) units.

### Responsibilities

-   Manage strategic programs from initiation to closure
-   Build business cases, governance packs, and executive reporting
-   Lead cross-functional delivery across business and BT units
-   Manage steering committees, senior stakeholders, and board-level escalations
-   Ensure realization of strategic benefits and delivery commitments

## Requirements

### Requirements

-   10+ years of relevant experience in strategic program/project management within banking or large enterprise environments
-   Bachelor's degree required
-   Strong banking transformation and executive stakeholder management experience

### Must Haves

-   PMP certification
-   Proven experience managing programs with board-level or C-suite visibility
-   Track record of building and presenting business cases and governance packs to senior leadership

### Nice to Have

-   Master's degree
-   Prior experience in Saudi/GCC banking transformation programs
-   Experience with benefits realization frameworks
