## Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join Codurance and help us attract and hire engineering talent across the UK and Latin America.  

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone with extensive technical recruitment experience who can operate independently in a structured, established recruitment environment, managing multiple vacancies while maintaining quality, pace and candidate experience.

You will be joining an established recruitment team, so this is not a people management or team leadership position. The focus is on recruitment delivery, ownership and collaboration.

As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and recruiter interviews through process management, offer negotiation and onboarding.

You will manage multiple vacancies and candidate pipelines simultaneously, adapting priorities as business needs change while maintaining quality and candidate experience.

A high level of ownership and personal organization is essential. You should be comfortable taking responsibility for your workload, making recruitment decisions and keeping processes moving independently.

## Requirements

As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and recruiter interviews through process management, offer negotiation and onboarding.

You will manage multiple vacancies and candidate pipelines simultaneously, adapting priorities as business needs change while maintaining quality and candidate experience.

A high level of autonomy and personal organization is essential. You should be comfortable taking ownership of your workload, making recruitment decisions and keeping processes moving without requiring close supervision.  
  
**Key Responsibilities**

-   Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for multiple technical positions.
-   Manage multiple technical vacancies and candidate pipelines simultaneously while maintaining quality and candidate experience.
-   Recruit experienced Software Engineers across .NET, Java, React, TypeScript, Cloud, DevOps, QA, Platform, Data and AI.
-   Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search and other sourcing techniques.
-   Conduct recruiter interviews, assessing technical experience, career progression, motivations and alignment with Codurance's values.
-   Manage candidate pipelines, communication and follow-up throughout the recruitment process.
-   Maintain accurate ATS data, pipeline health and recruitment KPIs, including metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline conversion and offer acceptance.
-   Identify recruitment bottlenecks and proactively suggest solutions.
-   Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, calibrate profiles and maintain alignment throughout the recruitment process.

**Required Experience**

-   9+ years of professional recruitment experience, with significant experience in technical recruitment.
-   Strong track record recruiting experienced Software Engineers and other technical engineering profiles across multiple technology stacks.
-   Proven experience managing multiple technical vacancies simultaneously while maintaining quality and candidate experience.
-   Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search and proactive sourcing techniques.
-   Good understanding of modern software engineering roles, technologies and terminology.
-   Experience recruiting across European and/or Latin American markets.
-   Strong candidate and stakeholder management skills.
-   Experience conducting structured recruiter interviews.
-   Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment data.
-   Advanced or fluent English, written and spoken.  
    

**Desirable Experience  
**

-   Experience recruiting within software consultancies or professional services environments.
-   Experience recruiting contractors or into contract-based technology markets, including familiarity with IR35 where relevant.
-   Understanding of consultancy commercial models, including utilisation, billing or resource planning.
-   Experience contributing to recruitment process improvement or recruitment analytics.
