**About the Role**

We are looking for a **Talent Sourcer & Market Researcher** to join our **Talent Acquisition team**.

This role is primarily focused on **identifying and engaging strong candidates** for a wide range of IT and Business positions across different European markets. At the same time, you will contribute to **talent market research, market mapping, salary benchmarking and market trend analysis** to help our recruitment team make better hiring decisions.

**Responsibilities**

**Candidate Sourcing**

-   Source and identify relevant candidates for various IT and Business roles across European markets
-   Build and maintain talent pools for current and future hiring needs
-   Use LinkedIn, Boolean search, databases, job boards and other sourcing channels to find qualified candidates
-   Research candidates’ backgrounds, skills, experience and career history to assess their potential fit
-   Identify new and creative sourcing channels and approaches
-   Work closely with Talent Acquisition Team and Hiring Managers to understand requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies

**Talent & Market Research**

-   Conduct research on talent markets across different European countries and locations
-   Map talent pools for specific roles, skills, companies and markets
-   Identify companies and locations where relevant talent is concentrated
-   Research hiring activity, talent availability and market competitiveness
-   Conduct salary and compensation benchmarking across different markets
-   Track recruitment and labour market trends and provide relevant insights to the Talent Acquisition Team
-   Prepare research, reports and market insights to support hiring strategies

**What we are looking for**

-   2+ years of relevant experience in talent sourcing, recruitment research, talent research, or a related field
-   Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to find, structure and interpret information
-   Experience sourcing candidates for **IT and Business positions**
-   Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and Boolean search techniques
-   Ability to work with different markets and adapt sourcing strategies to specific countries and talent pools
-   Interest in labour market trends, compensation data and talent intelligence
-   Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of information
-   Good English and Russian communication skills
-   Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and manage multiple research and sourcing projects simultaneously
