We're hiring a B2B Sales Manager with hands-on experience in fintech who has worked with low and medium risk businesses and knows how to turn those relationships into deals. If you've built a real network in these spaces and have the hunter mindset and confidence to represent our brand at the highest level, we want to talk.

Responsibilities:

-   Identify and research target acquiring clients across European markets
-   Prepare custom proposals, agreements, and deal structures
-   Assess client needs and tailor solutions to meet their business goals
-   Lead negotiations and meet sales KPIs and revenue targets
-   Pitch our products and solutions during events, meetings, and personal introductions
-   Attend major industry conferences and networking events
-   Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline tracking
-   Represent the company across social channels (LinkedIn, Telegram, etc.)
-   Engage in digital communities, build your professional network and strengthen the company's voice online
-   Gather market feedback and relay insights to product and marketing teams

Requirements:

-   Strong background in B2B sales within fintech, banking, EMI, or payment institutions, with hands-on experience in acquiring and European markets
-   Hands-on experience working with low/medium risk businesses such as subscriptions, online marketing companies, or similar verticals
-   Strong existing network of industry contacts and proven relationship-building skills
-   Self-driven and able to work autonomously while managing multiple deals simultaneously
-   Comfortable working with CRM systems to manage pipeline and report on performance
-   Fluent English, knowledge of additional languages is an asset
-   Strong negotiation and closing skills in a deal-driven environment
-   Confidence and willingness to act as a public face of the brand - both offline and online
