## Description

The Senior Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, financial performance, occupancy goals, resident satisfaction, and team management of a multifamily residential community. This role requires a highly organized and experienced professional who can successfully manage property operations in a fast-paced environment while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Oversee all day-to-day property operations and ensure the community is maintained to company standards.
-   Lead, coach, and develop onsite team members, including leasing, maintenance, and administrative staff.
-   Monitor property performance, occupancy, leasing activity, resident retention, and financial results.
-   Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and operating expenses.
-   Ensure rent collections, delinquency management, and revenue optimization.
-   Oversee vendor relationships, service contracts, and property improvement projects.
-   Manage resident relations and resolve escalated resident concerns professionally and efficiently.
-   Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local, and company regulations and policies.
-   Conduct regular property inspections and implement corrective action plans when necessary.
-   Prepare and present operational and financial reports to leadership.
-   Support lease-up initiatives, redevelopment projects, capital improvements, and property transitions when applicable.
-   Collaborate with regional leadership to achieve operational and financial goals.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
-   3–5+ years of Property Management experience in multifamily housing.
-   Previous experience managing large residential communities.
-   Experience leading and developing onsite teams.
-   Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, occupancy management, and resident retention.
-   Experience with property management software systems.
-   Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
-   Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

### Job Details

-   Annual salary range: $75,000 to $80,000, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.
-   Occasional travel required, approximately 10% of the time, primarily domestic.
-   Daily on-site presence expected, with work in various locations no more than five miles apart.
-   Standard work schedule: Monday to Friday, with potential weekend obligations as needed.
