World Business Lenders (WBL) is proud to offer short-term, real estate-backed commercial loans to a diverse range of small and medium-sized businesses across the United States, especially those who may find it challenging to secure traditional financing.

Typically, the work schedule is from 9:00am to 6:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, though there might be times when additional hours are needed to meet business demands.

**We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written.**

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Collect and review loan documents;
-   Serve as primary contact for merchants and internal teams, inputting data and updates into the processing system;
-   Maintain, organize, and update status to ensure the pipeline status is current.

## Requirements

**Required Education:**

-   A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

**Required Experience:**

-   Bring along 1-3 years of valuable experience in banking or finance;
-   Hands-on experience in lending, ideally commercial lending, with a strong understanding of commercial loan documents, corporate documents, and banking statements;
-   Confident ability to read and interpret title commitments with ease.

**Preferred Background / Industry Experience:**

-   Background in lending, title, or finance.

**Key Soft Skills:**

-   Effective communication abilities;
-   Strong attention to detail;
-   Excellent ability to prioritize tasks and manage workloads efficiently.

**Technical Skills:**

-   Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
