## Description

### Internal Medicine / Family Medicine Physician – Adult Primary Care

An established **adult primary care practice** is seeking a **Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician** to join its team. The practice focuses exclusively on adult patients and emphasizes high-quality primary and preventive care in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

### Schedule & Work Environment

-   **Full-time position**
-   **4.5-day workweek**, Monday–Friday
-   Office hours: **8:00 AM – 5:00 PM**
-   Schedule flexibility available as needed
-   **No weekends or major holidays**
-   On-call responsibilities limited to **phone calls only** with low call volume
-   Patient volume: **2 new patients or 3 established patients per hour**

### Scope of Practice

-   Management of **chronic conditions and acute illnesses**
-   Strong emphasis on **preventive care**
-   Efficient, technology-supported workflow utilizing:

-   Electronic medical record system
-   Voice dictation software

### Support & Collaboration

-   Robust support team including receptionists, schedulers, medical assistants, nurses, billing, and administrative staff
