Commonwealth Medical Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated **Family Medicine Physician** to join our primary care team in Lima, Ohio. **Responsibilities**

-   Provide comprehensive primary care services for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
-   Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.

## Requirements
