## Description

A growing healthcare organization in Panama City is seeking a **Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pediatric Endocrinologist** to join its dedicated pediatric specialty team. ### Position Responsibilities

-   Diagnose and treat pediatric endocrine conditions, including diabetes, thyroid disorders, growth disorders, adrenal disorders, and metabolic conditions
-   Provide comprehensive care to infants, children, and adolescents with endocrine and metabolic diseases
-   Conduct patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and monitor ongoing care

-   Educate patients and families about disease management, treatment plans, and preventative care

## Requirements

### General Requirements

-   Completion of an **ACGME-accredited Pediatric Residency**
-   Completion of a **Pediatric Endocrinology Fellowship**
-   Eligible for or able to obtain a **Florida Medical License**
-   Strong clinical, diagnostic, and patient communication skills
-   Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
-   Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
