**Overview:** Commonwealth Medical Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive care to patients across diverse demographics. **Key Responsibilities:**

-   Perform physical examinations, assess patient health, and deliver medical treatment.

## Requirements

### Qualifications:

-   Master’s Degree in Nursing or completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
-   Current NP or PA license in the applicable state.
-   National certification as an NP or PA.
-   Previous experience in family medicine or primary care is preferred.
-   Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
