## Description

A growing healthcare organization is seeking a **Board-Certified/Board-Eligible physician** to join an established advanced heart failure and mechanical circulatory support program. Candidates should be fellowship-trained in advanced heart failure.

-   Join an established team of advanced heart failure cardiologists, supported by a multidisciplinary team including a heart failure surgeon, pharmacist, social worker, and advanced practice providers
-   Destination LVAD center with an active cardiogenic shock program
-   Established CardioMEMS program, pulmonary hypertension program, and ongoing heart failure clinical trials and registries
-   Invasive procedures include heart catheterization and CardioMEMS implantation
-   Academic affiliation with a medical school, with potential teaching opportunities

## Requirements

-   Board Certified or Board Eligible in **Cardiovascular Disease**
-   Fellowship training in **Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology** required
-   Eligible for or able to obtain **medical licensure** in the state of practice
-   Active or eligible for **DEA certification**
-   Strong clinical experience in managing **complex heart failure patients**
-   Experience with or exposure to **mechanical circulatory support devices** (e.g., LVAD) preferred
