**Teleradiologist**

### Position Summary

A healthcare organization is seeking a **Board Certified/Board Eligible Diagnostic Radiologist** to provide remote interpretation of medical imaging studies across multiple clinical settings. This role focuses on delivering timely, accurate diagnostic reports, maintaining high-quality standards, and collaborating with referring providers to support optimal patient care.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Interpret diagnostic imaging studies remotely, including X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, and nuclear medicine (as credentialed)
-   Generate accurate, timely, and clinically relevant radiology reports
-   Communicate critical and urgent findings in accordance with established protocols
-   Provide consultative support to referring physicians and clinical teams
-   Maintain compliance with quality assurance, patient safety, and regulatory standards
-   Participate in peer review and continuous quality improvement initiatives
-   Utilize PACS, RIS, and voice recognition systems for image interpretation and reporting
-   Meet turnaround time expectations and assigned coverage schedules
-   Support appropriate imaging utilization and evidence-based practice standards

### Practice Setting

-   Fully remote or hybrid teleradiology environment
-   Coverage may include hospitals, emergency departments, and outpatient imaging centers

## Requirements

### Qualifications

-   MD or DO from an accredited medical school

-   Fellowship training in a radiology subspecialty preferred but not required
