**Inpatient Psychiatrist Opportunity**

**Location:** Canton, OH

We are seeking a **Psychiatrist** to join an established behavioral health program in **Canton, Ohio**. This opportunity is for a **secondary psychiatrist** providing inpatient psychiatric care at a **70+ bed adult behavioral health facility**.

The psychiatrist will work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team to evaluate and treat adult patients requiring inpatient psychiatric services.

Responsibilities

-   Evaluate, diagnose, and treat adult patients with psychiatric and behavioral health conditions
-   Provide inpatient psychiatric care
-   Conduct psychiatric evaluations and ongoing patient assessments
-   Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
-   Manage psychiatric medications and monitor patient response to treatment
-   Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, therapists, social workers, and other members of the multidisciplinary treatment team
-   Participate in treatment planning and discharge planning
-   Provide clinical consultation and support as appropriate
-   Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
-   Support continuity and quality of care throughout the inpatient stay
