**Job Title:** Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) – Hospital Employed

### **Position Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate **Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO)** to join a well-established, hospital-employed primary care team in **Northwest Ohio**. ### **Key Responsibilities:**

-   Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients of all ages.

-   Maintain accurate and timely patient records through EMR.
-   Option to teach medical students and residents, if desired.

-   Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
-   Active or eligible for Ohio medical licensure.
