**America’s Got Soccer** is one of the fastest-growing youth soccer programs in the country. We’re passionate about delivering fun, high-energy experiences that create lasting memories for kids and their families.

We’re looking for a **Customer Service Representative** to join our growing sales team. This is a full-time, in-office role focused on building relationships with families, creating opportunities, and closing deals. **Drive Enrollment Growth**

-   Conduct high-volume inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups
-   Convert inquiries into registrations for camps, leagues, and programs

**Lead Generation & Pipeline Management**

-   Proactively generate new leads through outreach and follow-ups
-   Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
-   Track all interactions accurately using CRM systems

**Customer Relationship Building**

-   Build strong rapport with parents and guardians
-   Understand customer needs and recommend best-fit programs
-   Deliver a high-energy, positive, and professional experience

**Sales Execution**

-   Confidently present program offerings and value propositions
-   Overcome objections and close enrollments
-   Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets

**Bilingual Customer Support**

-   Communicate fluently in both English and Spanish
-   Ensure all families feel supported, informed, and confident

**Cross-Team Collaboration**

-   Work closely with operations and program teams
-   Share customer insights and feedback to improve offerings

## Requirements
