CSP is a growing youth sports organization dedicated to delivering high-quality programs to the youth and families in our communities. We operate with high standards, strong leadership, and a commitment to professionalism across all areas of our business.

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive **Office Administrator** to help coordinate and support all areas of our operations. This role will work closely with our management team and senior leadership, and is central to keeping our organization running efficiently.

## Requirements

-   Manage day-to-day office operations to maintain an efficient and organized workspace.
-   Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage correspondence professionally.
-   Maintain files, records, and databases, ensuring everything is accurate and up-to-date.
-   Assist in scheduling meetings, events, and appointments, coordinating logistics as necessary.
-   Support various departments with administrative tasks and special projects.
-   Ensure that office supplies and equipment are well-maintained and stocked.
-   Uphold company policies and procedures while promoting a positive team environment.

**Qualifications:**

-   Previous experience in an administrative role or office management.
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
