Conklin Automotive Group is seeking a friendly and professional Showroom Greeter to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for customers entering our dealership, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate departments. \***\*\*** Special note: This position is part-time with 10-15 hours per week and the starting pay is minimum wage. This position is perfect for a retired person looking for way to stay active and earn extra income.

### Responsibilities

-   Warmly greet customers as they enter the showroom and offer assistance
-   Direct customers to the appropriate sales representatives and departments
-   Stocking the customer snacks and beverages
-   Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment
-   Assist with clerical tasks as needed and support the sales team
-   Respond to customer inquiries and ensure a positive experience
-   Participate in training programs to improve product knowledge and customer service skills

## Requirements

-   High school diploma or equivalent preferred
-   Previous experience in customer service or a related role is a plus
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-   Friendly and approachable demeanor
-   Ability to work well in a team environment
-   Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
-   Flexible availability, including Saturdays as needed
