Waldorf Astoria Residences Athens, part of The Ilisian destination, is seeking an experienced and highly professional Residences Manager to oversee the operation of our exclusive branded residences. This role requires a refined hospitality professional with a strong commitment to absolute discretion, confidentiality, and personalized service, catering to high-profile and international clientele.

**Responsibilities**

-   Manage the day-to-day operations of the luxury residences, ensuring flawless service delivery.
-   Serve as the main point of contact for residence owners and long-term guests.
-   Build trusted relationships with residents, always maintaining strict confidentiality and discretion.
-   Coordinate closely with all hotel departments to ensure seamless, personalized experience.
-   Lead, train, and supervise the residences team to uphold 5-star service standards.
-   Ensure all residences are maintained to the highest level of luxury presentation and functionality.
-   Anticipate guest needs and handle sensitive requests with professionalism and care.
-   Manage operational budgets and monitor performance.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience in a similar role within luxury hotels, branded residences, or high-end property management.
-   Strong leadership and organizational skills.
-   Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
-   Demonstrated ability to handle VIP guests and confidential matters with utmost discretion.
-   High attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
-   Fluency in Greek & English is required. Knowledge of and additional languages will be considered an asset.
-   EU work eligibility.
