As a Patisserie Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional guest experience while presenting and selling the high-quality chocolate and confectionery products of our chocolatier. Your professionalism, positive attitude, product knowledge, and passion for customer service will contribute to creating a memorable experience for every guest.

**Responsibilities**

-   Welcome and serve guests with professionalism, warmth, and a genuine smile, ensuring a high level of customer service at all times.
-   Present and actively promote the patisserie shop's products, providing guests with knowledgeable recommendations based on their preferences.
-   Maintain the presentation, organization, and overall appearance of the display counter and sales area according to Conrad Athens The Ilisian's high standards.
-   Handle cash register operations and process payments accurately, ensuring the correct issuance of receipts.
-   Receive, check, organize, and properly store products and supplies.
-   Monitor product availability and ensure that the patisserie shop is consistently well-stocked and attractively presented.
-   Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization throughout the sales area.
-   Support the team in daily operations and contribute to a smooth and efficient customer experience.
-   Build positive relationships with guests through attentive, personalized, and professional service.
-   Adhere to all hotel policies, operational procedures, and food safety and hygiene standards.

## Requirements

-   Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, hospitality, food & beverage, retail, or a pastry shop will be considered an advantage.
-   Excellent customer service and communication skills.
-   Professional, polite, and positive attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality.
-   Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to understand and respond to guests' needs.
-   Strong sense of responsibility, consistency, and attention to detail.
-   Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced and high-end hospitality environment.
-   Good knowledge of English; knowledge of Greek is required.
-   Previous experience with cash registers and payment transactions will be considered an advantage.
-   Passion for chocolate, confectionery, and premium products will be considered an advantage.
