## Description

**Constantinou Bros Properties**, one of the leading property developers in Paphos, with more than 45 years of experience, is looking to recruit a reliable and hardworking **Gardener** to join our team and maintain the gardens and outdoor areas across our developments.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**

-   Maintain gardens, landscaped areas and outdoor spaces across the company’s developments.
-   Carry out pruning of trees, shrubs and plants, as well as lawn mowing and general lawn care.
-   Plant and replace flowers, shrubs and other plants as required.
-   Water plants and monitor their condition to ensure healthy and well-maintained green areas.
-   Inspect and carry out basic maintenance of irrigation systems.
-   Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment safely and correctly.
-   Ensure that gardens and communal outdoor areas are kept clean, tidy and presentable.
-   Identify and report any issues relating to plants, irrigation systems or gardening equipment to the relevant supervisor.
-   Perform any other related duties assigned by management.

## Requirements

-   Previous experience in gardening or landscaping will be considered an advantage.
-   Basic knowledge of plant care, pruning, watering and garden maintenance.
-   Ability to operate gardening tools and equipment.
-   Reliable, responsible and professional attitude.
-   Good physical condition and ability to perform outdoor manual work.
-   Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
-   Driving license will be considered an advantage.
