## Description

Our Client is a multinational company operating in the Oil & Gas sector.

FUNCTION

Reporting to the Site Service Manager, the main activities of the job include to: prepare and process material requisitions and purchase requests in accordance with company procedures; liaise with procurement, logistics, and supply chain personnel to ensure requisitions are accurately processed and deliveries are expedited when required; receive, inspect, verify, and record incoming materials, spare parts, consumables, and equipment against delivery documentation and purchase orders; issue materials, equipment, spare parts, and chemicals to authorized personnel while maintaining accurate transaction records; maintain secure control of warehouse facilities and ensure access is restricted to authorized personnel only; monitor inventory levels and optimize stock availability by regularly reviewing minimum and maximum stock quantities; conduct periodic stock counts and inventory reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with company requirements; maintain accurate records of inventory movements, material requests, cargo manifests, delivery notes, and outstanding requisitions; prepare inventory reports, stock variance reports, and material utilization reports as required by management; ensure all shipments and cargo movements are properly documented, tracked, and recorded in accordance with company procedures; coordinate the preparation of shipping documentation, packing lists, material transfer notes, and receipt verification records; maintain accurate records of company-owned, leased, and rental equipment under warehouse control; monitor and report discrepancies, including shortages, overages, damaged materials, and supplier delivery issues, through the appropriate reporting channels; identify obsolete, excess, or slow-moving inventory and provide recommendations for disposal, redistribution, or optimization; support the control, tracking, and documentation of third-party equipment and materials stored on site; provide regular updates to management regarding material status, outstanding orders, expected deliveries, and inventory concerns; ensure all hazardous and non-hazardous materials and waste are correctly identified, labelled, stored, and prepared for transportation in compliance with applicable regulations; comply with company HSE requirements, customs regulations, environmental legislation, and material handling procedures; maintain warehouse housekeeping standards, ensuring all materials are stored safely, securely, and in an organized manner; participate actively in safety meetings, toolbox talks, inspections, audits, and the company Safety Management System; support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, and operational performance; ensure the controlled issuance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to personnel in compliance with company procedures and HSE requirements; manage the distribution, tracking, and replenishment of PPE, ensuring all personnel are equipped in accordance with company safety regulations; maintain accurate PPE inventory records and issue PPE to employees as required, in line with company rules and safety standards.

## Requirements

-   High School Diploma or equivalent qualification;
-   Minimum of five years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, materials management, logistics, or supply chain management;
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and inventory management or ERP systems relevant to the position.
-   Strong English written and verbal communication skills required;
-   Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
-   Ability to work independently in a remote site environment while maintaining compliance with company procedures, HSE requirements, and inventory control standards;
-   Mozambican Nationality.
