**ContactPigeon**, one of Europe’s leading omnichannel marketing automation platforms, is looking for **positive, people-oriented individuals** to join our team as **Customer Success Consultants**.

**🔍 What you’ll be doing:**

-   Act as the main point of contact for our clients, helping them make the most out of the ContactPigeon platform
-   Coordinate implementations and ensure all client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner
-   Bridge communication between customers and internal technical/support teams

**✅ What we’re looking for:**

-   Excellent command of Greek & English (written and verbal)
-   A friendly and proactive attitude with a customer-first mindset
-   Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
-   Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
