**Domain Research Expert (Remote)**

-   Part Time: 10-20 hours per week make your own schedule

**$45-$75/hr (paid per task)**

Continuum is partnering with an AI innovation initiative seeking **Finance Professionals** to support the evaluation and improvement of finance-focused AI tasks.

In this role, you’ll use your finance expertise to help ensure that prompts, evaluations, and AI-generated responses accurately reflect real-world financial practices. You’ll work within clear guidelines to provide domain-accurate inputs and review outputs for correctness.

**What You’ll do as a Domain Research Expert:**

-   Create challenging finance-related prompts based on visuals, datasets, or model outputs.
-   Evaluate AI-generated responses using the provided rubrics.
-   Develop or refine rubrics to ensure they reflect accurate financial reasoning for complex finance tasks.
-   Review and stress-test model outputs for accuracy and logical consistency within familiar finance domains.
-   Provide clear, structured feedback based on your subject-matter knowledge.

## Requirements

**Requirements:**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
-   Current hands-on experience in a Finance role
-   Ability to work 5 hours a day for a minimum of 2 days per week
-   Hands-on experience with LLM (Large Language Module) a plus
-   Experience with AI training a plus

Education:

-   Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

-   Finance: 2 years (Required)
-   LLM: 1 year (Preferred)
-   Prompt engineering: 1 year (Preferred)
