## Description

We’re seeking an **embedded Business Resilience Specialist** to support a **Fortune 50 technology client** and strengthen enterprise-wide preparedness. In this role, you’ll drive standards and methodology across crisis leadership teams, deliver cross-program initiatives spanning **Business Continuity, Employee Readiness, and Crisis Management**, and help senior stakeholders move from strategy to execution—measurably improving resilience at both the function and product level.

-   Organize activities supporting crisis and resiliency activities relating to supporting special projects and business units  
-   Drive consistent methodology, approach, and standards for planning, training, and exercising across crisis leadership teams.   
-   Undertake projects/initiatives that address various aspects of the crisis program – overall strategy, governance, response structures, and support training and development needs of senior executives.  
-   Work across different resilience programs including Business Continuity, Employee Readiness, and Crisis Management to help develop and deliver major projects relating to emerging risks, such as, but not limited to contentious elections.  
-   Work with team leads in the of strategies that bolster function-level (such as HR, Legal, etc.) and product-level resiliency planning.  
-   Drive the initiation of global initiatives that integrate lessons gleaned from both exercises and actual crises.  
-   Collaborate successfully with partners across the ecosystem to build program awareness, enhance the user experience, and drive the further improvement of preparedness capabilities.  
-   Innovate new tools to expedite the implementation of new resiliency program management plans and capabilities.

## Requirements

-   Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. 
-   Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  
-   A professional with a proven history of working in a fast-paced environment; demonstrated comfort with ambiguity and shifting goals. 
-   2-5 years of work experience in an operation, project management, consulting, or equivalent environment.  
-   1+ years of work experience in the Risk and Resilience space, crisis management preferred.  
-   Experience helping to mature a global resiliency program.  
-   Autonomy to translate strategic direction into actionable plans with minimal guidance.  
-   Experience being a connector across teams and managing projects against KPIs through to completion.  
-   Experience developing and documenting procedures and workflows.  
-   Organizational skills with attention to detail and a commitment to follow-up
