**Role purpose**

Reporting to the Principal in charge of global marketing programmes, the Sr. Marketing Executive will independently plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns while collaborating closely with the wider marketing, business development, and consulting teams. The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of B2B marketing experience and a track record of delivering global campaigns that drive brand awareness, client engagement, and lead generation in a professional services environment.

The Sr. Marketing Executive has significant autonomy and manages themselves within role, executing projects and influencing others (upward and downward) to achieve successful outcomes. The successful candidate for this global role will be proactive, innovative and bring a can-do attitude to projects; collaborates smoothly and builds productive relationships with colleagues across time zones; and is comfortable working in a complex, fast-moving business environment.

**Role tasks and responsibilities**

Campaign Strategy & Execution

 Independently plan, manage, and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels including email, social media, events, search, and the website, ensuring they are aligned with business growth objectives.

 Execute across the full campaign lifecycle: planning, audience segmentation, creative development, execution, performance tracking, and post-campaign analysis.

 Proactively identify opportunities and bring new ideas and to the team.

 Experience using AI tools to increase efficiency, speed delivery and improve quality.

 Strong attention to detail and flawless execution are a must.

Content Marketing & Thought Leadership

 Create and manage high-quality marketing content including thought leadership articles, case studies, white papers, sales collateral, and social media assets.

 Write content optimised for SEO and targeted keywords. Ensure all content is aligned with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent voice across all channels.

 Experience repurposing content across channels, finding creative ways to leverage existing assets for maximum impact.

Digital Marketing & Analytics

 Grow Control Risks’ digital presence across social platforms; plan and schedule content, engage with audiences, and monitor analytics.

 Execute SEO/SEM strategies to boost organic visibility and drive targeted traffic to the firm's website and digital properties.

 Build and execute email marketing campaigns using CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., ClickDimensions); manage A/B testing, segmentation, and performance tracking.

 Monitor website performance via Google Analytics, identify trends, and optimise the user experience.

 Prepare monthly/quarterly performance and ROI reports, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Events & Client Engagement

 Lead the coordination and delivery of live and virtual events including client seminars, roundtables, industry conferences, and sponsorship activations globlally.

 Work with our events team to manage event logistics: venue sourcing, invitations, RSVP tracking, collateral production, on-site execution, and post-event evaluation.

 Work with the business to track post-event activity rigorously.

Market Intelligence & Sales Enablement

 Conduct market research to monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and client needs in target markets.

 Develop and maintain sales enablement materials such as flyers, brochures, and case studies to support the business development team.

 Segment CRM data for targeted campaigns and ensure data quality and compliance.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Mentoring

 Work closely with marketing colleagues, Clients & Markets (sales) and business stakeholders to align marketing activities with commercial priorities.

 Provide guidance and informal mentoring to junior marketing team members.

## Requirements

 Minimum of 4 years’ experience required, ideally within professional services. B2B marketing experience required.

 Background in end-to-end campaign development and execution. Recognises and strives for excellence in execution.

 Strong copywriting, editing, and content creation skills with proven ability to produce professional B2B content (case studies, thought leadership, sales collateral).

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

 Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams independently and to tight deadlines.

 Analytical mindset — comfortable interpreting data, measuring ROI, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.

 Strong knowledge of marketing technology and CRM systems. Experience with Microsoft 365 CRM, ClickDimensions, GA4 and Semrush preferred.

 Solid business acumen and commercial sense

 Background working with a global team and/or stakeholder group, collaborating effectively cross-culturally and across time zones.

 CIM or equivalent marketing qualification (in progress or completed) desirable.
