- **Business-to-IT Bridge:** Translate complex business logistics requirements into technical specifications; oversee configuration and implementation activities between operational and IT teams.
- **Process Optimization:** Own end-to-end logistics processes, defining key KPIs and ensuring long-term sustainability through rigorous process reviews.
- **ERP Strategy Execution:** Collaborate with the global "OneERP" team to support and execute the company’s long-term Logistics ERP strategy.
- **Knowledge Transfer:** Drive organizational capability through user coaching, plant process reviews, and the identification of regional improvement opportunities.
- **Sustainability & Training:** Design and deliver training programs to ensure new SAP-driven processes are adopted and maintained globally.
- **Cross-Functional Coordination:** Manage international projects that span Warehouse Management, Production Planning, and Manufacturing Execution Systems.

- **Project Mastery:** A proven track record of leading complex, international initiatives—ideally within the **Automotive** or heavy manufacturing sectors.
- **Process Improvement Focus:** Demonstrated ability to lead SAP-driven improvements from analysis and design through implementation.

### Technical Skills

- **Expertise in SAP ERP Systems:** Deep understanding of logistics and production flows within the SAP environment.
- **Module Proficiency:** Hands-on experience in SAP consulting and customizing across **MM, WM, PP, SD,** and **PM**.
