The DC Inbound Outbound Manager is responsible for  overseeing the day-to-day operations within the distribution center (DC). This position is responsible for leading and managing a team of associates to ensure efficient and accurate handling of inventory, timely order fulfillment, and adherence to safety protocols. The DC Operations Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, drive productivity, and achieve operational goals.

**Responsibilities**

-   Oversee daily Inbound (receiving, inspection, put-away, system entry) and Outbound (picking, packing, loading) operations
-   Ensure all shipments are accurately received, verified against purchase orders, and recorded in the WMS
-   Monitor order accuracy and conduct quality checks to maintain high operational standards
-   Supervise the flow of goods within the warehouse and ensure efficient inventory handling
-   Track stock levels and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with internal teams and suppliers
-   Lead and support the team, allocating tasks effectively and ensuring smooth daily execution
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, sales, customer service) to resolve operational issues
-   Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
-   Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and proper use of equipment
-   Review performance metrics, prepare operational reports, and plan upcoming activities

## Requirements

-   High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
-   Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
-   Strong leadership and team management skills for motivating and developing staff.
-   Knowledge of inventory management principles and warehouse best practices.
-   Familiarity with warehouse safety regulations and compliance standards.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team interaction.
-   Analytical mindset for interpreting data and making data-driven decisions.
-   Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
