We are looking for a **Senior Financial Analyst** to join out team! The role is based in our offices in Kolonos, Athens.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Preparing and reviewing the monthly and year-end management accounts, annual budget and quarterly forecasts
-   Analyzing monthly variances of actual against prior months/ budget/ forecast and work closely with key business partners to prepare commentary on profit estimates, focusing on the true drivers of organizational performance
-   Support monthly closing processes, including variance analysis and reporting
-   Monitor key business indicators and provide insightful commentary on key drivers
-   Support Business Plan process be responsible for the coordination, consolidation of data and submission
-   Perform financial reporting, forecasting and variance analysis, identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
-   Prepare presentations and reports for senior management & Group
-   Ensure timely flow of consistent, accurate financial and operating information throughout the Finance department and the management team

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

-   Minimum 4+ years of experience in financial analysis or FP&A (previous experience in Retail industry will be considered an asset)
-   Strong knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting
-   Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial systems (e.g.  Oracle, Power BI)
-   Excellent business writing and verbal communication skills both in Greek and English
-   Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
-   Outstanding organizational skills, flexibility, and ability to work under tight deadlines
