**About this role:**

We are currently seeking for an effective **Warehouse Manager in Nicosia (Dali)** to direct receiving, warehousing and distribution operations. In this role you will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding servicing and dispatch of a wide variety of products.

**Warehouse Manager Duties and Responsibilities**

-   Developing and implementing strategic plans for optimizing DC operations. 
-   Identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions. 
-   Leading and mentoring warehouse supervisors and associates. 
-   Fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. 
-   Overseeing inventory processes to ensure accuracy and conducting regular audits. 
-   Coordinating with logistics teams for efficient order processing. 
-   Monitoring and optimizing workflows to meet service agreements. 
-   Enforcing safety protocols through regular inspections and audits. 
-   Tracking KPIs like order accuracy and productivity metrics. 
-   Analyzing data to address operational challenges effectively. 
-   Collaborating with other departments to align objectives. 
-   Communicating effectively to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

## Requirements

-   2-3 years proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager
-   BS degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration (will be considered as an asset)
-   Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
-   Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
-   Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
-   Hands on experience with (WMS) warehouse management software
-   Leadership skills and ability manage staff
-   Strong decision making and problem solving skills
-   Excellent communication skills
