We are looking for a talented & passionate **DC Inbound - Outbound Team Lead** for our Logistics Center in Heraklio!

**Role Responsibility:**

-   Lead and supervise warehouse associates, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
-   Oversee inventory control operations (receiving, storage, shipping) and ensure accuracy through audits and discrepancy resolution.
-   Coordinate with logistics to prioritize orders, meet service level agreements, and optimize workflows.
-   Enforce safety standards, conduct training, and drive continuous process improvements through performance analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

## Requirements

-   Strong organizational and time-management skills.
-   Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   In-depth understanding of industry and company best practices for the warehouse
-   Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems
-   Fluency in English
