## Description

**COSMOTE GLOBAL SOLUTIONS NV** is looking for a highly skilled **Business Intelligence Expert** to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing Business Intelligence solutions that enable effective decision-making and provide strategic insights.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Develop and maintain BI solutions and reports to meet business requirements.
-   Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decisions.
-   Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
-   Design and optimize data models, dashboards, and reports using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
-   Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across BI platforms.
-   Support data governance initiatives to maintain high-quality data standards.
-   Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and best practices.
-   Stay current with industry trends, BI technologies, and best practices.

## Requirements

-   Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
-   Extensive experience (minimum 13 years) in Business Intelligence and data analytics.
-   Strong expertise in BI tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, and others.
-   Proficiency in SQL and data modeling techniques.
-   Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
-   Solid understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security principles.
-   Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
-   Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
-   Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
