## Description

**Join COSMOTE Global Solutions NV as a Product Owner and lead the development of innovative products that meet customer needs and business goals.**

The Product Owner will act as the liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring the product vision is clearly communicated and prioritized to deliver maximum value.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
-   Gather, prioritize, and clarify product requirements from stakeholders and customers.
-   Manage the product backlog, ensuring it is visible, transparent, and clear to all, and shows what the Scrum Team will work on next.
-   Work closely with development teams during the sprint to clarify requirements and make decisions to remove impediments.
-   Collaborate with Scrum Master and stakeholders to ensure product goals are met timely and effectively.
-   Measure and analyze product performance, gather feedback, and continuously improve the product.
-   Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide insight on product progress and priorities.

## Requirements

**Requirements:**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
-   Minimum 13 years of working experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an Agile environment.
-   Strong understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
-   Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
-   Ability to prioritize and make decisions based on business value and customer needs.
-   Experience in product backlog management and user story creation.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-   Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
-   Certification such as Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) is a plus.
