## Description

Join COSMOTE Global Solutions NV as a Senior Business Analyst and become a key player in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality business solutions that drive efficiency and innovation within the organization.

Daily support

-   Single point of contact towards users and, if applicable, to other IT teams
-   Problem follow-up and resolution
-   Prioritisation
-   Root cause analysis
-   Documentation
-   Maintain a log of all user support requests (including resolution) and provide monthly summaries to the JASPERS QMU Officer in a format to be defined at the start of the assignment
-   Wherever necessary update the manuals
-   Identify needs to improve the design and/or operation of the JASPERS applications
-   Support JASPERS staff in processing ad hoc requests for data insertion, extraction and manipulation from JASPERS RDBMS
-   Provide technical support to end-users

Bug fixing

-   Problem analysis including debugging, if applicable, together with the user and other IT teams
-   Proposal of solution including estimation
-   Problem resolution
-   Testing
-   Documentation

Evolutive maintenance

-   Business analysis, if needed
-   Periodical clean-up
-   Design of solution including estimation
-   Resolution
-   Testing
-   Documentation

Release management

-   Branch management (i.e. patching and merging)
-   Usage but also configuration of build environment
-   Build of releases
-   Coordination with other IT teams if needed
-   Documentation

Testing

-   Non-regression testing
-   Pre-release testing of newly developed functionality
-   Documentation

Continuous improvements

-   Challenge existing processes with the aim of reaching higher efficiency
-   Automation of repetitive tasks
-   Documentation of processes
-   Training/guidance of more junior or new resources.

## Requirements

-   Relevant University Degree
-   7 years of experience with business analysis and/or requirements engineering in a financial services institution (investment bank, retail bank, insurance undertaking, etc.).
-   Proficiency in English (B2 level of Common European Framework of Reference for Languages or equivalent).
-   Experience with agile development methodologies and software tools for agile planning as Jira. 
-   **Preferred Qualifications / Experience:**

-   Ability to quickly learn the objectives, structures, operations and policies of a new business area.
-   Strong problem resolution, negotiation, and influencing ski ls.
-   Proven interpersonal skills and an ability to influence senior leaders and peers.
-   Experience creating documentation such as business case documentation or business requirements summaries.
-   Adaptability and a willingness to learn new skills.
