Responsibilities:

-   Analysis and documentation of As-Is processes and functionalities
-   Elicit, conceptualize and document business requirements for new IT developments and, if applicable, reporting requirements
-   Creation of the project documentation
-   Business case, detailed requirements, test cases, etc.
-   Creation and maintenance of application documentation - functional documentation, user manual, etc.
-   Testing preparation, execution and documentation

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s Degree at a relevant field
-   5+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst
-   Experience in business analysis for IT projects in large banks
-   Experience in review of business processes (as-is) and design of new business processes (to be)
-   Experience in the testing of IT applications in the financial field
-   Experience as project manager
-   Experience in writing user manuals
-   Experience as business analyst in the context of IT migration projects (from old to new systems) would be an advantage
-   Knowledge of modelling technics and languages: UML
-   Experience with project management methodologies: Waterfall and Agile
-   Experience with SQL
-   Knowledge of financial products (loans, etc.)
-   English writing ski ls (C1 European Level), French is recommended (B2 European Level)
