## Description

**As an IT Project Manager at COSMOTE Global Solutions, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects aligned with organisational objectives.**

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
-   Develop comprehensive project plans outlining timelines, milestones, resources, and budgets.
-   Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
-   Manage project risks, issues, and changes effectively to minimise impact on project goals.
-   Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to all relevant stakeholders.
-   Ensure adherence to organisational processes, standards, and best practices in project management.
-   Support continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing within the project management team.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
-   PMP (Project Management Professional), PM2 or, Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP)(Certification must be valid)
-   At least 6 years of provable experience in managing complex software development projects and support services, including coordination of multidisciplinary teams, stakeholder engagement, SLA/KPI tracking, continuous service improvement, service catalogue lifecycle management, and vendor governance across complex, multi cloud environments.
-   Language knowledge (spoken and written) corresponding to at least level B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) in English.
