## Description

**As a Business Analyst at COSMOTE Global Solutions NV, you will play a key role in analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective IT solutions that meet business objectives.**

-   Providing 1st line support to PJ users for Iris & Serapis and other lending applications
-   Business analysis and problem solving:

-   Description of the As-Is and To-Be scenarios
-   Co-authoring of business requirements with the subject matter experts
-   Preparation of the document management related deliverables
-   Drafting and review of the user stories and preparation of test cases

-   Acting as interface between the business experts on one side and the IT project manager, the solution architects, the data governance
-   office and the developers on the other side
-   Assisting IT developers and IT testers on the business and functional aspects of the projects
-   Execution of business testing activities: writing test cases, preparing test data, executing test cases
-   Providing guidance to users on document management
-   Supporting the change management processes, e.g. by preparing training materials and documentation

## Requirements

**Key Requirements:**

-   University degree in a related field
-   3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
-   Knowledge in:

-   Document management systems (SharePoint) and portals
-   EIB lending applications (Serapis, IRIS, GED, etc.)
-   Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies
-   Process or Data Modeling techniques (BPMN, UML, Conceptual Data Modeling, etc.)
-   Change management processes

-   Competence in:

-   Providing 1st line support in large (more than 500 employees) financial organizations
-   Business analysis in large (more than 500 employees) financial organizations
-   Document automation and workflow management
-   Advanced knowledge of the lifecycle of a loan product in EIB
-   Business process modeling
-   Testing of IT applications in the financial sector
-   SQL or a Business Intelligence tool (SAP Business Object, IBM Cognos, Lumira, etc.)
-   English writing ski ls (C1 European Level), French is recommended (B2 European Level)
