We are looking for a **Trainee, W Insider** to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.

In this position, you will support the W Insider team in creating personalized and memorable guest experiences while gaining hands-on experience in luxury hospitality.

**Responsibilities**

-   Personally welcome and recognize loyal members and repeat guests.
-   Review daily arrivals and ensure welcome amenities, preferences and special requests are prepared.
-   Engage with guests in public areas, especially during peak hours. Anticipate needs and create personalized experiences.
-   Follow up on guest complaints, concerns and service requests with the support of the Team Leader.
-   Work closely with other departments to ensure prompt resolution and smooth guest service.

## Requirements

-   Currently studying Hospitality, Tourism or a related field.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Professional communication skills with guests and colleagues.
-   Fluent in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
-   Basic computer skills.
-   Guest-focused, positive and team-oriented approach**.**
