The destination comprises several distinct sites featuring five-star hotels, luxury private residences, a world-class golf experience, and many year-round activities. Navarino Dunes is home to The Romanos, a Luxury Collection Resort, The Westin Resort Costa Navarino and Costa Navarino Residences. Navarino Bay is the setting for Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino, W Costa Navarino and Navarino Agora, a curated marketplace. Both sites have signature golf courses, while at Navarino Hills there are two further signature golf courses.

Costa Navarino is looking for a Reservations Agent for Season 2026. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling booking inquiries with the goal of converting these requests into sales. They will manage requests received via telephone or email, ensuring timely and professional responses. Accurate data entry is essential, enabling all relevant departments to access up-to-date information to support the hotel's operations. The Reservations Agent will also focus on maximizing sales opportunities while consistently delivering exceptional service quality to all customers.

**Responsibilities**

-   Maximizes rooms revenue through the conversion of telephone calls or emails into sales
-   Is fluent on all hotel products and services
-   Handles incoming calls and emails pertaining to rooms reservations
-   Is fully conversant with all market segments and rate plans used across all distribution channels
-   Handles customer queries and complaints relating to Rooms Reservations
-   Identifies sales opportunities through individuals, Corporate Accounts, Wholesalers and Travel Management companies
-   Supports the Senior Management team when it is required

## Requirements

-   Associate’s Degree (IEK included as well) or two years technical certificate
-   To fill this position the candidate must have a sales orientated personality, being able to converse with a wide range of experienced and inexperienced customers, in both the local language and in English
-   Be fluent in Greek and English, verbal and written (Other languages such as German or French will be considered a plus)
-   Be able to take a customer focused decision by themselves, whilst remaining cognizant of all sales and revenue management principles
-   Display passion for our customers, and enthusiasm for the job
-   Possess strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, (Excel/PowerPoint/Word). Experience in Opera PMS will be considered a plus
-   Strong Team Spirit (with professional and positive spirit), Concentration,  Feedback Receipted, Attention to Detail, Multitasking
